Fork Family

I don’t typically publish too many family sessions on the blog and reserve it mostly for weddings, but the Fork family is just too sweet not to share! Lindsey and Kurt are the definition of #couplegoals.

Lindsey is a total badass boss babe who owns La Jeune Mariee and Luxe Redux Bridal. La Jeune is an upscale bridal boutique offering gowns by some of the world's most illustrious designers. I promise you will be made to feel like a princess the moment you step in the door! Luxe Redux is a designer sample bridal boutique that offers a beautifully curated selection of the best designer dresses at a fraction of the cost. You can shop online or visit one of their 4 brick-and-mortar boutiques located in Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis + Pittsburgh. Did I mention she was a total boss babe or what?

We can’t forget about Kurt because he is equally as impressive! First off, he is truly just the sweetest guy and loves his family more than anything. He is a pilot for FedEX and also serves in the United State Air Force. I had the privilege of photographing one of his homecomings and was left in awe regarding his dedication to our country and for the sacrifices he makes. On top of that he is Mr. Fix It when things need renovated at the bridal boutiques and is just overall an incredibly supportive husband. On top of all that he also is the most dedicated Pelotonia rider I know— he recently rode 180 miles for the 11th year in a row to help end cancer! In addition to all of these impressive business ventures, Lindsey and Kurt are also raising three wonderful kids! I’ve had the pleasure of photographing them over the years and watch their family grow. Our very first session together was a photoshoot where we had little Ava hold blue balloons to announce the gender of her baby brother Anderson. Since then I’ve photographed a second pregnancy announcement, newborn photos for Barrett, and countless holidays and milestones in between. I am forever grateful to call Lindsey a friend. I always love spending time capturing her amazing family and all the hilarious shenanigans that happen along the way!
