Honestly, I’m not sure how I’ve gotten so lucky to have the worlds sweetest couples as clients, but I sure am thankful for it! From our very first consultation call I knew Kelly and Zak were special. They have such kind hearts and big bubbly personalities that make you feel like old friends after a single conversation. It probably helps that Kelly and I quickly realized we grew up in the same small town and have lots of friends and acquaintances in common, so it’s so fun to reminisce with her.

We had such a gorgeous sun-drenched evening for their engagement session. I loved Kelly’s long flowy dress that added such a fun element of warmth, texture and movement to the session— it perfectly complemented the warm brick tones found throughout German Village. After a quick outfit change we headed over to Grange Insurance Audubon Center to catch the last of the sunset among the open fields and wildflowers.

I can’t wait for their Athletic Club of Columbus wedding this weekend! With Aisle + Co. as their wedding planners and Madison House Designs providing the florals I know it will be flawless!
