After photographing my couple’s weddings, I always dream and hope for the day when they reach out in need of family photos. I wish I could of recorded my face when Shannon and Brian told me they were expecting and asked if I’d document their next milestone.

Reuniting and meeting Beckett in their Columbus home filled me so many emotions. These post-wedding sessions keeps the excitement growing and is one of the many reasons my couples become cherished friends. So of course, holding Beckett for the first time melted my heart.

Their home consisted of all my favorite neutral tones, but the nursey was my favorite. It had so much natural light and contrast, it was no wonder we spent much of our time in there. Truly Pinterest worthy.

I cannot wait to watch Beckett grow and experience just how great his mom and dad are.
