Leah and Patrick's Romantic Wedding at the ACC

Leah and Patrick’s wedding day at the Athletic Club of Columbus is one that still holds such a special place in my heart. To this day, the way Ashley Stephan planned the day and Evergreen Flower Co. filled the space gives me the butterflies.

Wearing Lazaro 3958 from Luxe Redux Bridal, Leah looked stunning in the satin fit and flare. While this classic dress may seem simple, the back skirt gave it a wow factor with length and dimension. Surrounded by the most important women in her life, the veil went on and tears started to appear.

This anticipation carried into the church where Leah and Patrick said, “I do”. You could see how excited Leah was coming down the aisle, but she didn’t have the biggest smile in the sanctuary, Patrick proudly wore that one as he set his eyes on his bride.

The two danced their way out of the church and right into the reception where striking installations of greenery and roses elevated the space. Paired with the architecture of ACC, you experience a feeling of both romance and history at the same time. Chandeliers and candlelight lit up the room and once the wedding party was introduced, the venue came to life.

After sentimental toasts, the sweetest special dances, and the cutting of the most gorgeous cake by Lavender and Honey, Buckeye Entertainment opened the floor. No one sat down once the music picked up unless it was to grab a late-night donut and cup of coffee. After capturing the friendships made by the two from the University of Dayton, I partook in one last dance before heading home.

I know they danced the night away and that truly describes them so well. Always together, always celebrating life, and now celebrating TWO years of marriage. Forever congratulating Mr. and Mrs. Berger!
